We want you and your daughter to love Lulabee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or a refund.

How to make a request

Contact us through our Contact page and include:

• Your order number.
• The reason for your request.
• A photo of the product. If the product doesn't work, please also include a short video showing the problem.

Requests without a photo of the product can't be processed. We'll review your request and reply within 1 to 2 business days.

Replacement or refund

Once your request is approved, you can choose between:

• A replacement: we'll send you a new Lulabee at no extra cost.
• A refund: we'll refund your money to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or defective items

If your Lulabee arrives damaged or stops working, contact us with a photo or short video of the problem and we'll send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
